Spotted a Herter's .401 SAA clone, $250. Broke Cruffler's heart, he's all over Herter's stuff but the boat he's in at present is only slightly less leaky than mine. Ruger Lady had a Bisley Blackhawk in .41 Magnum, $515 with engraved (or at least roll-marked) cylinder, $igh. Another table had a Winchester M1886 in .40-82. I wanted it just so I could handload for it 'cause that would be Cool and 'Blogworthy.
This vendor of yummies was also in attendance.

So a WWII veteran who got in one bar fight seventy years ago couldn't go plinking with his great-grandson, but a cop who beats his wife could keep his tax-paid job and his tax-funded weapon.
And they wonder why we hate them.
